years ago we had a little dog who began acting like an old dog although she wasn't all that old.
my mom decided to get a puppy to add some spark into our first dog's life.
but there was a problem: the puppy began acting like an old dog. i remember going into the backyard and seeing the two of them just sitting by the fence. the older dog was teaching the puppy how to behave and not play. ugh!
so we ended up getting a puppy for the puppy!
and that's what did the trick.
