Deep fried Hummingbird. If it weren't for the COVID I'd invite myself down for Thanksgiving dinner. I'll have to settle for Turkey with the family, I guess.

Enjoy!

I saw two turkeys in a freshly cut hay field today. I've never seen them at a feeder, especially not one for hummingbirds.

In her front & back yards. She also has a couple different kinds of plants (bushes?) in the back yard that have bugle shaped flowers. She gets 100's of hummingbirds doing a rotation around her house every day through the summer. They're really fun to watch too. They're very territorial & noisier than you'd think for such little birds. They buzz each other & run off other hummingbirds & seldom share a feeder even though they have multiple "flowers".

I love fuchsias and when I've had them hanging outside, hummingbirds showed up! I really ought to get another one - or a hummingbird feeder - since hummingbirds are the most fascinating to watch!
