Danny Wegman.
Ran into Danny Wegman just now ay my local outpost.
We're short scales in the produce dept. for MONTHS !!!
So, after he was done talking to somebody, I went up to him in his black tasseled loafers and asked him, "Is it possibly to get another scale or two in produce? You have to keep walking back and forth to get to the nearest scale."
Danny says, "Here. Talk to this guy," and hands me often to one of his henchmen. LARRY. "Hi, Larry," says I. etc etc..... He was very "friendly." (Henchman type friendly. That's why he has the job.. "What's your name?"
"My name is Huajiao,"
"Well, Huajiao, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I'll definitely look into it."
I played a party for Danny years ago at the LPGA with my steel band, but I doubt he remembered me.
