a page I 'liked' on FB brought a tune to mind I can't fully recall

about a guy getting toasted, and he lists the drugs and and alcohol he's done, and mentions playing a John Lee Hooker album...anybody know this song? this song came to mind after not thinking bout it for years, and googling hasn't produced any results...
