just bought a drone yesterday. pocket air drone .
bought it at harbour freight . i asked the clerk if it needed to be registered and he got on his device and went to the faa gram o meter site and said no. the drone fits in the palm of my hand and has a range of 80" any tips and kinks for a new drone captain?

No you do not need a license to fly this particular drone. Drones that weigh less than 0.55 lbs (0.25kg) are considered mini-drones, and they don’t need Part 107 license.
I am a licensed drone operator. I fly every day for my job. That damned 107 was one of the hardest tests I've ever taken.
They wrote it for real pilots. 
The reviews say it's a little tricky but good fun once you get the hang of it. Enjoy!!
