28. This happened to me.

I had baked a cake and gave half to my next door neighbors. Their 11 year old girl opened the door. It was during the height of COVID so I just passed her the plate. In seconds their Maltese Cocoa had snuck in, unbeknownst to us, and took one of my flip flops that I had by the door. I didn't notice until 11PM that night that I had a flip and no flop to be found. The following day I asked my neighbor if by any chance one of my flip flops was over there. She had found it chewed up and wondered where it had come from, since it wasn't theirs.
