I’m sitting on my bed in the den looking at the porch light shine off the living room floor. It’s been an 8 year journey to rehab this 1948 home and having the floors repaired/refinished is the last big step. The final coat of poly goes on Monday and then I can start moving back into the rest. Currently, my bed and everything else I own is piled into the back dining room/den area.

So are we! Right now the bathroom is being redone and the plumbing.

I’m working on the bathroom too. I installed a wall mount faucet and am finishing up the sheet rock work. I’m so ready to be done with it.

We are taking out the old cast iron tub that's been in this house since the 50's and putting in a stand up shower.

Is not my decisions. A lot of that is my parents, they gave me the outside to do something. So I'm thinking of building a fire pit so I can invite friends over to smoke and relax. I wanna make my backyard a safe place to toke.
