Still people avoid eating tree parts and inferior cow milk and crumble your own feta.

(2,114 posts)Or what?
If you can document the basis of your condemnation, and our panel of Lounge Experts accepts your evidence, can we then take our masks off to flush the SINFUL crumbled feta down the crapper?

(1,969 posts)Seriously, I don't know what state fair or cult gathering this audience is from but that is way to much excitement to learn the best feta.

(12,462 posts)And every month I get some.
The feta I get is in block form in briny water. Made from either goat or sheep's milk. Each milk gives the feta a different flavor.
I made feta burgers recently put green peppers, onions and black olive slices into the burger hit it with Greek seasoning garlic..and wrapped a good sized feta chunk in the meat, baked it until medium rare.
Had it with lettuce and taziki sauce on whole wheat seedy buns.
Omg it was good

(34,131 posts)Has a wonderful omelet they call Goat in the Garden - three eggs, feta, spinach, and mushrooms. It is so delicious! My so far favorite thing with feta cheese.
(I go there after my appointments since it is near both hospitals and most medical offices - and of course, they make great food. Unfortunately, I've been having so many tests and appointments they now know my and my husband's faces. )

(63,221 posts)I hate crumbly Feta. I like it in big, firm chunks. That is how it was always served in Greece and that is how I like it here.
I don't know what it is about the crumbly stuff, but it really annoys me.
