How often have you read an article suggesting that on long airplane flights, you get up and move around the cabin at least once or twice an hour?

I thought if you were stuck in your seat on a plane for a long period of time with little movement, you had a risk of blood clots in your legs or something like that?

is just about impossible! Wandering around the cabin is liable to get you decked with a coffee pot!
