Any Carolyn Hart cozy mystery fans?

If so, and you’ve read any or all of her Death on Demand series set on a South Carolina island in the “low country”, do you have an opinion on whether or not the circuit solicitor Brice Willard Posey character is modeled after someone in the Murdaugh family?
