Boston's Skinny House sells for $1.2 million!

At just over six feet across this is even skinnier than the NYC one. It says it has a water view. Maybe that's the appeal:

The story I heard as a kid, they bored holes through the wall to steal heat from the big house's boiler room in the winter time

At 1,165 sq. ft. over four levels, with only two bedroom and one bath in the house, they're going to be tripping over each other.

I guess they bought it for its fame?
