Got my flu shot this morning
I got the one for seniors, as I am 75.
No side affect, except I am very sleepy. Got the shot about 2 hours ago.

1. Good on ya... welcome to the September influenza fully vaxxed crowd.
I have noticed more demand than in recent years, which I see as very positive.

2. Got mine last Thursday
I can get the senior one next year, I tried getting the senior one last year, but they said No and wouldn't give it to me. I didn't even try this year. I've been isolating enough that I'm not too worried about getting the flu. The constant hand washing and disinfecting helps too. I got my hair cut last week. picked up a magazine, and make sure I sprayed my hands with disinfectant when I put it down. Not that I'm paranoid or anything, but I'm paranoid and take extra precautions.
The only reaction I had to the shot was a sore arm. |

4. I don't blame you for taking precautions. Got my flu shot on Thursday as well
I had taken a fall and cut myself so the doctor gave me a tetanus shot and one arm and then I was due for my flu shot I got that in the other one. Both arms were sore and it was hard to get comfortable to sleep. But otherwise everything’s fine recovered the next day, still hurting from the bruises from my fall. Tripped on the sidewalk got a black eye but it’s not all that unusual for me. I just got to be more careful now that I’m old

5. Glad you are OK
As I said above, I have been having some problems lately and have fallen several times. I try to have a plan to get back up when I go to the floor, but in a fall, that usually isn't possible.
I had a tetanus shot about a month ago, must be something docs are pushing now. |

7. Well I planted my face in the sidewalk. That tends to focus the mind.Lucky I didn't get hurt bad.
We got to take care of ourselves. I am 72 and I think it’s all repair and maintenance from now on. I’m glad you’re OK

8. I have not turned 65 yet
Historically I get my flu shot in September
I just had an antibody test and my COVID spike protein antibodies were very low and I got a Moderna booster two weeks ago |
