Ugh I made a BIG mistake and not sure when I'll have a microwave back

I want to get rid of my old microwave. It came with the house and it's like 20 years old plus with the mess I had with you know what - it's just icky.

It's one of those Built In Microwaves and I thought I could pull it out. It's stuck and what's worse - I can't get it all pushed back in.

So until I get some big dude in there that knows what he is doing I'm without a microwave for awhile.

In a way I'm kinda glad since I want to do more cooking and less microwaving in 2012.

Anyone in Delaware now how to fix this mess

I think that taking out that entire kitchen wall just to get at the microwave might be just a bit.......you know.........extreme?

I SWEAR on MiddleFingerMomMom's secret candied haggis recipe
that I've got 912 on speed-dial now!!! Even if everything goes
south again... they'll keep it from spreading to more than one or
two of your neighbors.
