5. Like real life at my house

My cat brought in a little lizard through the cat door, and ran down the hall to my bedroom and let it go. It scurried into my bathroom and went under the vanity. I was furious at the cat, and loudly voiced my fury. She just laid down and watched me, completely unfazed.

It was quite an ordeal to get the little guy out so I could catch him and put him outside. That cat did the same thing a couple of days ago, but that time the lizard went into that little dead space under a bottom kitchen cabinet. Later it came out on its own.

I'm afraid one day one is going to go into one of those no-access spots and die.

Damn cat.

(But I still love her.)
