OP
I have pics of my doped up animals. I think it's hysterical. They aren't being hurt

(34,195 posts)1. I think it's funny
I have owned dogs and cats throughout my 75 years and I see the humor in this post.
It also brings back fond memories of pets who have passed on.
Thanks for sharing.

(153,179 posts)2. it does bring back memories
I work night shift so I had my cat stay overnight at the vet for teeth cleaning in the morning (it is very hard staying up all night with a pet you cannot feed).....the anesthesia had worn off by the time I picked her up but that WTF glaring face stayed for.....a while

Quite the opposite; they seem to be in a very special place.

(13,571 posts)4. Just brought Kitty back from a morning at vet.
She hasn't been outside of the house in six years since we rescued her from shelter.
She's totally traumatized. I don't expect her to show her face for hours more.
Barking dogs on all sides, in the exam room! And then the stranger grabbed her and flipped her to stick a needle into her bladder.
I'm so sorry.
