He was straigth upfront, because I felt I should get my flu shot since I was already there. He disagreed, said...and I see his point...that there could be soreness reactions that I would not get from just one vaccination. This makes sense!

(53,851 posts)This past Monday my pharmacist gave me the Pfizer booster and the flu shot at the same time. And he also advised putting them both in the same arm so as not to have two sore arms in case I got sore.
That was four days ago and I've had no soreness or other side effect.
From reading other posts on peoples' experiences with the two shots, it looks like doctors have differing opinions, some preferring to be more cautious than others.

(11,661 posts)I keep hearing different things. I got my flu shot three weeks ago and my Pfizer booster three days ago. My arm is still sore from the Pfizer.
