Can't believe you missed that. It was all over the internet, but the Lamestream media probably didn't even cover it.

(1,292 posts)Lots of kids sports tournaments, softball, hardball, soccer, lacrosse, coming to an end. In many cases, the championship game! Where I am, every school sporting green is in use. Cars everywhere, families out watching their kids, being with friends. Its great.
In your area, however, I suspect that youre seeing the cars of end times people who have been called out into the woods to meet their maker. When he doesnt come, expect heavy traffic as they give up their vigils.

(130,768 posts)Not 'in' my 'area,' no 'end times people who have been called out into the woods,' MUCH more like kids sports tournaments, Mass/Conn/NY/NJ. Home tomorrow, will see if any 'end time'ers.
and such GREAT weather!

(2,388 posts)According to my uncle at least. He had people in town to visit and said it was difficult for them to find a hotel because of family weekend events at a local university.
Took ages to find motel near Worcester, and finally found a NOT-smoke-free room near Shrewsbury.
