Dang, has anyone had problems with Shipt deliveries?

I placed an order for some groceries with Target. This is not my regular grocery store, but I order from them every 3 weeks or so and have never had a problem before. I’d requested delivery in the 10-11 time slot, but it’s now 12:20 and no delivery yet. My account is still showing “Scheduled Delivery”, so at least it hasn’t been left on anyone else’s doorstep, but we need to leave the house sometime today to pick up my car after having some maintenance done. It’s not even showing me a way to cancel the order at this point. Aggravating.

1. You could try calling customer service at target to see when the order left them....

2. I can't decide main Target number or the specific store?

3. Update: called Guest Services and they cancelled the order.

I placed identical order for delivery later today. Fingers crossed.
