I received mailers from two of my credit unions about lowering home and auto insurance costs but when I opened the envelope it was from LIBERTY MUTUAL! No way!

I dropped cable so I never have to see those ads again.

5. I'm so sick of the "Did you bring the condoms, Charlie" ad for some hearing aid

At first, it was just the clicking attempt to "whisper" by the actress on the ad, but after it played constantly throughout the day and night on a couple of channels for weeks, I could cheerfully throttle everyone in the ad.

16. That dynamite fellow is from the 70's tv show Good Times.....that's J J Walker.

I think the show was one of the first or the first comedy with a Black family as the main characters. Very funny. but yah, hate the advertisements too.

The one with the guy and the Afghan hound cracks me up, although I think they should have tried to hire Trevor Lawrence for the part.

I remarked awhile back that I bet the Liberty U. pep band was going to pick up on the jingle and start using it. Spousal unit protested that there was a copyright issue that would prevent that. "Since when would that matter to THEM?" I retorted. He allowed as how I might be right.

The little girls jumping rope who turn into disabled old people is the worst one, in my opinion. At the end, one says, "Yep, everything hurts." As a disabled old person myself, I find it offensive, and yes, it does.
