And I’d met George a few times.

It’s so very sad. So much was lost.

Just seeing the road on the way to Jawbone Flats is discouraging. There are quite a few half bridges that support the underside of the road. It’s going to take a lot of effort just to get the road usable to bring in building material to rebuild any of the cabins or other buildings.

I always loved the big wooden bridge right in the flats.
