Bad spelling and misused apostrophes. Note that I wrote "apostrophes" and not "apostrophe's." There's a difference between plural and possessive, dammit!

They say the first when trying to dispute my diagnosis; if they know their body well enough to dispute someone with medical training and education, a medical license, and eleven years of clinical experience, they should probably just stay home and treat themselves.

They say the second when, oddly enough, asking me for addictive opioid pain medication.
