He said, "The show you are watching is not the show you think you are watching and things will change drastically."
And, what was that talking box? I think it was called the "apocalypse box."
JMS said he won't elucidate on these points because he thought the ideas could be used in future programs.
"They" buggered up the first and fifth years of B5. Much of what was shown in the fourth year was supposed to be in the fifth. He didn't think he'd get the fifth, so he rushed all the good stuff in the fourth.

was kind of forced to do which resulted in episodes being jumbled. WB really did a lot to help bugger B5 & Crusade
