Why Sitting Too Much Is Bad for Your Health

I've set my macBook to speak out-loud the time every 15 minutes, and have made
a habit of standing, stretching and looking into the distance (for eye health).

Many of us can benefit from clicking thru these dozen tips and info items, even as a refresher...

1. Yes. I use the hourly fitbit reminder, but I also try to use a standing desk more @ home...

and I hope the twice daily 2-3 mile walks with the pupper offset some of the other.

I typically never get to sit down at work, so that's not a problem. But, I rarely get to eat/drink either and THAT is.

6. Thanks for the heads up. It was not there on my macbook. It was in the Dock and menu bar

Once there it was in the "Menu bar only" Clock. Then at the bottom of the page...
You pointed me in the right direction!!! I'm running macOS Big Sur 11.6 so that might be the
Difference..
