I saw a similar situation with an old guy at the gas station trying to get out of a red Ferrari 308GTS (think Magnum P.I.). He didn't end up on the ground, but it was close.

And his highly amused reaction indicates to me that he hadn't yet plunked down his hard-earned for a car he couldn't get out of.

Even in your early 30s it isn't an easy one to get out of. Wide door sill, low seat, low roof, and small foot box all works against you. I'll just stick with my Corvette. I can at least get out of it someone gracefully lol. Another funny one is the 6 1/2ft tall valet trying to get into one to park it.

We sold her this past May…..we just couldn’t get in or out easily. Loved her to death, just couldn’t take the hassle of getting in or out.

I tried on a new Corvette for size. I had to roll out just like that, in the middle of the show room with people watching.
