Dogs, cats, raccoons, rabbits, horses, cows........ We had a milk cow that would walk up to us in the pasture and put her head up under our chins to get us to scratch her ears. She could get quite insistent about it, and she could easily knock you over if you didn't give her what she wanted.
I've heard lots of stories of big cats enjoying a good scritch session.
