for incompetence, some taxes, liability, etc. Not to mention if it is publicly traded it is communistic.

You would think that the christofascists would have a problem with them seeing as they are the party of morals, personal responsibility, and definitely not the filthy communism.

for the rich...can't change them because too many have a stake in needing them to hide their most times ill-gotten gains.
