went to the opera this afternoon, the Met's Live-HD performance of Fire Shut Up In My Bones, which was spectacular. It's too cold for vodka and tonic, but a little wine might hit the spot. The cat has just appeared from wherever she was hanging out; maybe she can be persuaded to park her warm little body on my lap.

TJ just left for her medical center night shift. It's bachelor night, but the pup has already gone to sleep so it is just me.

14. I went out for Mexican food and had a grande Marguerita.

It was fabulous and I can't believe I am still upright since both of my roommates are down for the count.

I am very alcohol resistant because I take Wellbutrin for depression and it suppresses any alcohol highs.

I still had a great time!
