I smoke joints for years in years, but after a benign lung cyst was removed I decided time to stop smoking. Still trying to figure out what is best. So any suggestions on this would be much appreciated.

2. There's a wide range of edibles available where I live.

I am fond of the chocolate bars. Gummies, too. The dispensary near me has freezer pops that I thawed and mixed with seltzer and fruit during the summer. They also introduced something called Nano. The absorption on these are much faster. Don’t forget the primary rule; go low, go slow until you know how your body handles edibles.

12. Also... How I vape...

I do not use a vape that uses oil. I use one that heats the plant material to the point the THC becomes a gas but not to the point the material ignites. I have two of them, one my nephews friend made (they work in the industry growing here in Colorado) and another I purchased when I first came out here. I use THeCan:

You can huge hits and it is like air. Zero heat and zero 'harsh'. Takes a bit to get used to as it is different from smoking a joint but my lady and I love it.
