Mixed messages

I was at a local store yesterday. Many people were wearing masks incorrectly. The woman in front of me was wearing her mask correctly but it had a Confederate flag on it. I was frozen so I said nothing.

Was very happy to see the Rittenhouse verdict didn’t go over well at my office

3. Unmasked young man at Walmart walked up to me, a perfect stranger (and masked) and said

"I will not conform. You cannot make me. I am a free man." in an almost robotic monotone.

I said nothing.

Later I saw him in a different part of the store saying the same to another masked customer.

I saw no point in engaging.

4. I think I'd just shrug & give him my "are you nuts?" look, which translates perfectly even w a mask

Otherwise — no engagement at all. What a freak.

5. Best to just walk away, but it would have been tempting to ask him,

"Then why are you wearing pants?"
