Lucky me: I have a job where I get to watch them going after the sunflowers.
I often wonder where their hives are.
They love, love, love sunflowers.

If you look closely, you can see the pollen baskets on their back legs.
Yeah, they adore sunflowers, one of the richest sources of pollen.
There's either a hobby beekeeper near by or they hopefully established a feral hive in the area.
