UNLESS I pointedly ignore him when he's on my desk. Then he's like "Oh, this pencil is awfully close to the side. Woo, see that tap, that could send it irrevocably to the floor. Just one little-ohhh. So sad. Bye pencil. Same thing could happen to this battery. See how it slides so easily toward the...oh. Man, this phone cord is just ripe for nibbling..." (He doesn't actually chew it, he gets my attention and PRETENDS like he will...)
And that cat in the sleeping video *knows* he'll be rebuked if he wakes his owners himself, so he arranged a little "accident".
