It has lemon and cilantro too and garlic I think. Well balanced. Not overwhelming and just right for Mary's crackers. With lighter crackers it might taste strong. I like it.

Jalapeno Pumpkin Seed Dip
Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (preferably soaked and dehydrated)
2 med/large jalapenos, finely chopped
1/2 cup water
1 tsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 small clove garlic , minced

Instructions

In a blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend until it forms a smooth puree. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary. Refrigerate for at least six hours before serving. Serve with sliced cucumber, chips or other raw veggies.
