In fact I was taught first to use bacon and bacon dripping long before making sausage gravy...My aunt taught me when we would vacation with her in south west Virginia...in coal country ..

Usually have Chereeios in partly thinned out with milk various berry yogurt, along with walnuts.

Today I added broken pieces of Pepperidge Farm's chocolate fudge Piriouette sticks. 😁
