I imagine that anyone could create a Twitter account using a famous name... right?

Upload a picture of the famous person, maybe even a few known personal facts about said person... ????



I got followed on Twitter by someone who has an account using a famous name.

(The alternative is that it's actually the famous person--so I'm skeptical.)
