are in or near watershed areas.
The watershed areas near me are really not getting the snow they will need om order to fill our rivers.

When the snow melts, the river will get most of it.

and we are hurting.
Driving home from out in the plains Saturday, I thought I saw snow on a group of peaks (and no others.) Got closer and realized it was just low-lying clouds.
