I'm pretty sketchy on vegan anything.
Something about teaching old dogs new tricks.
Its a mix of psychology & tastebuds I guess.
But as a method to get your medicine via cheese, it works!

Actually the Seventh Day Adventists run a good vegan restaurant.
This was decades ago.
