Wonder what it would cost to gut the place and completely redecorate?

Now….pay Attention to the vehicle in front of you and STAND ON IT when he does!

Stop holding everyone up, dammit!

Don’t most realtors tell you to take down your personal stuff so the potential buyers can envision there own things in the house?

The only thing I’d want to see in there is a bomb.

after the yard sale and dump run. could probably generate some cash on most of the exterior wrought iron at the scrap yard too.

2) Change out all of the windows

3) Tear out that little white fence

4) Do some interior painting (subtle neutrals)

and that would be a gorgeous home.

EDIT:

5) Get that brown paneling out and replace with drywall

6) Repaint ceiling in big room with flat white ceiling paint, not semi-gloss

7) Replace carpets

8) replace that one acid trip ceiling

9) Sell all of the furniture, and use whatever you get for the furniture and decorations to apply toward the remodeling costs.

10) Reface kitchen cabinets with dark brown hard maple doors and face frames (pre-finished 1/4 inch thick maple refacers, not veneer), add coordinating metal hardware (satin nickle, simple design).

11) replace black and white tiles with luxury vinyl planks.

I would buy that home.
