I also wear these really light comfortable thermal undies all winter.

I also wear socks to bed - year 'round - and around the house in summer when the A/C is running. In winter, I aim my little space heater at my feet when they get too cold while I'm sitting at my desk.

An hour after soaking in a hot bath, my feet are ice cold. I don't have poor circulation and I take iron. I also don't like wearing socks to bed... but I may have to change.

non diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.
Yesterday I had blood drawn for DNA as I may have some form of familial amyloidosis.

Background
My father and brother along with me, all have late onset Peripheral Neuropathy or tingly cold feet and have lost a lot of feeling. We all have high arches and glaucoma.

So, it looks like we, my brother and I as dad died at 90 about 11 years ago, will be getting lots of test and may be looked at for the new CRISPR studies.

or we may not.

I now have trouble walking without tripping, but have no trouble running. Go figure.

Actually, it's possible my feet are cold all day but I don't notice it until I go to bed.

I use a heating pad to warm them.

I'll also say that I am comfortable at cooler temperatures than most people. Yes, I feel the cool, but I'm fine with it. But I do warm up my feet at night.

If I wear shoes the minute I get home the shoes get taken off along with the socks. My feet run hot.
I hate when blankets trap my feet. When Im in bed the covers will be off my feet.
My favorite shoes are my crocs and my DocMartins. They are wider than most shoes and they breathe well.

rushing to my feet. i could tell the difference between a bare woos floor + the sanded side. 'we' barefooters search out things to feel. like moss or sawdust. my feet don't smell or sweet too. and i have saved soooooo much money on shoes over 22 years. not that i ever had many shoes.
