Bacon Maple Ice Cream

I am going to start making it tomorrow and it will be done by Friday. I don't know whether it will be the most gross thing ever or addictive.

I'd rather crackle it and sprinkle it on the ice cream, but I like my bacon on the super-crispy end of the scale.
