So I tried to order my free covid tests-Said I already ordered

Tried it again & got the same result.

I have not ordered them is the point.

I got this message the 1st time I tried-but it was the 2nd day so I gave it another try.

I am on SSDI-would they have ordered for me?. No one else in the household has made an order & I've been denied the 2 times I tried saying I had already ordered them?.

I just hope I don't need them but this is a bit of a red flag.

could have done better.

Apparently in some cases the system gets confused when someone in the other apartment ordered tests (it assumes it is the same address).

3. That may be the case-Manufactured homes.

All the same adress with different unit #'s....
