(11,910 posts)Is the way to do it. We have a camper and for $150/night full hookup, which is a decent deal. If you want to tour the insides of other resorts, make breakfast or lunch reservations there and wander around the grounds/lobby before or after. Those meals are cheaper than dinner.
We want to go again, but want to wait to see if they bring back meal plans.

(8,203 posts)want to do that, not wanting to get in your way..if you really wanted to go..you made a good decision..we flew in '86..still have video (coverted to CD, we were so young..LOL)..I will NOT return to FL in my lifetime, I wouldn't give that pos a dime and I loved Disney World...in '86 things were so different..
Disneyland is much closer for us now..(moved in '94 from Mass to AZ)..hoping to take road trip this summer, and visit again..San Diego Zoo, etc etc..a good 6 hrs by car..not a bad ride..
I wish you the best trip making..BTW..what is the Wisconsin Dells??

(24,402 posts)It was way more expensive than what he had ever experienced before. No fast passes included (all extra now) and no more dining plan. Plus now the Magical Express is history. It was a mostly disappointing experience, except for Galaxy's Edge and we spent way too much $$$$ Universal actually seems like a better option anymore.

(2,971 posts)future. Disney World continues to get more expensive, and I dont like the way theyve gotten rid of Fast Pass. I do plan on visiting Disney World and Tokyo Disney at some point in the future, but Im going to wait at least a few years until there have been substantive changes such that there are plenty of new attractions for me to see.
I did try Universal recently, but wasnt impressed. I like dark rides much more than thrill rides.
