Eating Oreos at 1AM

HI!! LOVELIES!! I'm back to these again for the late nighters well I actually do not have Oreos as I am taking on a specialty diet since I've been having some diverticulitis flare ups really bad lately. So I've been on a cleanse. No more soda, no more sugar, very little bread. Lot of broth, alternative proteins like eggs and beans, very little meat, no red meat, and no dairy. Part of my transition needs to include a healthier weight. I'm still about 60 pounds off from where I need to be comfort. I hope y'all are having a nice late night?

I suspected water chemicals , coffee and coffee creamer.

these days I am good. I use powdered milk and nothing else as my
coffee additive. Nescafe Gold instant.

hope this helps.

I think sweet n low is awful for your stomach and digestive tract. So I'm probably gonna switch to stevia!

I do think stevia is very strong, but it can get acquired with taste over time. I just can't drink it plain. Black black coffee makes me gag
