Alluva sudden I just have a craving for gazpacho soup! So tell me, can I obtain it already made at

my supermarket? (No, I don't want a recipe cuz my days of "cooking" or even making such a thing as gazpacho, are over.

Maybe it just can't be bought "made." Maybe so. Just tell me and I'll go quietly...

All you had to do was chill the can.

I've thought about making some, fresh from my garden goodies, but just never got around to it. Maybe this year????

In stores around here, it is usually in the coolers near the fresh vegetables. Near salad dressings, guacamole, hummus, and such. At Harris-Teeter and Whole Foods often it is also in bulk along with other soups near the salad bar/buffet.

When you look at salsa recipes I've always thought they look like recipes for salsa with cucumber added. If you really want gazpacho and don't want to make your own I think you can get close with fresh salsa. Dice some cucumber and throw it in with a bit of olive oil and vinegar if you want to be a little closer to the stuff you could make on your own...
