were ? Maple Candy at a special event at a very cool.olaza. Yum!

Occasionally I've found them at our biggest Green Market! Haven't been there since convid. But if the CV numbers stay low in NYC then I'll go late Spring and look for them.

Years ago this lovely park private park (pay to get in vs city parks) used to give maple tree tapping events.
When I moved relatively closer to it, they no longer offered it, but since that was over 8 yrs ago I should check.

Had to not get there today - but tomorrow, yup! 👍

ALDIs sold that a few months back and I stocked up. Coffee with undertones of maple. Sooooo good!
