Being in for nearly 2 years just going to the store

and back is about all I do. It has affected my health and sanity.
Woke today and the sun is out and 5 degrees but bad panic.
I feel like crying waking every morning.
I can’t wait for spring.

While there are still things that haunt me, we have a real president, and covid is becoming less of a threat daily.

If so, are you vaccinated? I still go out to lunch, the library, etc. I wear a mask, of course. When spring comes I'll be able to take walks and do my favorite thing; sit outside and read. What do you do all day?

And I do wear my mask. It just makes me nervous wearing the mask. I feel like I can’t breathe.

Some masks are too small and really do not give you enough room to feel comfortable. The N95s are larger and feel much better.

I’ve been looking at snow since Christmas!

I'm the same way - although when Omicron got bad I switch to 100% grocery delivery. I've only gone through drive-thrus for the past month. I'm constantly angry and depressed. Meds help, but it is rough.

Get your shots, wear a mask, and socially distance when possible.

Do you have a mental health practitioner you can talk to?

He understands and has been so good to me.
I was on a vent when I was 20 from Guillain Barre and completely paralyzed… so very understanding of my fears.
I’ve got a case of indoors to long and frazzled nerves.
But always feel better when I talk to others here.
Thanks for taking the time!

strongly tied to my physical health, due to multiple autoimmune diseases.
the stress, sweet jesus. sooooo many maskholes, and neighbors who were trapped rats and being huge assholes. lost over 30 lbs in '20, and it's still gone. for a while there i had to force myself to eat. just nuts.
and i got defensive almost to the point of paranoia. fighting w everyone, everywhere. including a timeout here.

couldnt work at my farm for the maskhole tenants and neighbors, couldnt get a contractor for all the frenzy of people who realized they didnt like their homes.

plus the last 2 yrs have been super dry, officially in drought. also had every one of my devices hacked. like a confluence of plagues.

but my pepper plants are already transplants, and tomato seeds should be up by the weekend.
sweet potatoes are sprouting, kale is getting big, several kinds of flowers doing great. and the chickens are great and past the worst of winter.
i may even have a contractor starting next week, and i can get my rental back on the market.

just keep telling myself- this too shall pass.
