Leftovers for lunch

Lets see... What do we have... Rotisserie chicken, shredded and into the bowl. Mac-N-cheese, into the bowl. Pork fried rice, into the bowl. Two minutes in the microwave, add some hot sauce, mix well and it's lunch. Tastes great but... I really should start eating better
