Had one highly-unpleasant patient encounter yesterday that spoiled an otherwise very busy, but good and rewarding day in clinic.

I got the patient banned. He won't be back. But the bad vibes linger...

The 'good guy' feels bad for having to do the 'right thing!'

Had a parent banned from ALL school property - making WAY TOO MUCH grief for other parents, staff, and even other kids in the building. Who needs that?
