Why hasn't Pootie used TFG's favorite method of making things go his way?
That is, the Sharpie. If TFG could move a hurricane with a Sharpie, why not a country? TFG could probably send him a whole crate of Sharpies, since he doesn't have as much stupid shit to do with them any more.
