Sometimes you read articles that ask what would an older you tell a younger you.

I read things like: don't drop out of school, be true to your values, and be adventurous.

Mine is lift with legs, not with your back.

... the easy path in your life." (Such as turning down managerial positions because I figured that I'd hate myself for getting paid more for less work, like attending useless meetings in a comfortable chair while chowing down on some food.)

'would have taken better care of' himself. [Part of that was, his father was short-lived]

My arches and knees [too much basketball], remind me of such concerns.

Whole lot of little maintenance things I do every week.
