Spouse is trying SO hard to April fools me:

Printed a “honk and wave” sign for the back of my truck…I found it.

Put a piece of plastic wrap under the lid of the shampoo so the shampoo wouldn’t come out…I found it.

Should I let her “win” one…or should my prank on her be “i don’t know what you’re talking about…i didn’t notice anything different today at all.”

10 minutes before the ontime train was due.

I knowingly said, 'UH-OH. The train whistle! [Knew that it was a different train on another line].

Wife bolts out of the car - I couldn't do April Fools anymore.

Told her, 'April Fools', before we started to run, that it was a different train horn we heard. She had a good anxiety releasing laugh. [Anxiety mostly for the upcoming trip, laugh].

We still immediately walked the 50 yards to the station.

A buddy at the office refused to get a wristwatch. No idea why.

So, he would always check the wall clock in my office before quitting for the day.

I pulled a "Daylight Savings Time" on him and advanced it an hour.

As he walked past the bosses' office, QUESTIONS WERE ASKED.
